Being a first-generation college graduate and doctor has been a hard but rewarding road. Like many, I have ~$200,000 in medical school debt and have more than 3 years left in training - as long and hard this road has been, including on the NYC COVID frontlines, I feel blessed everyday to be able to do what I was born to do- which is to be a doctor and help others.
